РОЛЬ САМОСТІЙНОЇ НАВЧАЛЬНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ У ФОРМУВАННІ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТЕЙ МАЙБУТНІХ ІНЖЕНЕРІВ-ПЕДАГОГІВ

Стаття досліджує значущість самостійної навчальної діяльності для формування загальних та спеціальних компетентностей майбутніх інженерів-педагогів у контексті сучасних викликів вищої освіти. Автори підкреслюють необхідність підготовки фахівців, які здатні до самовдосконалення, критичного мислення та творчого підходу до вирішення завдань.
Визначено актуальні аспекти проблеми самостійної навчальної діяльності при підготовці інженерів-педагогів, які включають: недостатню увагу до розвитку самостійності студентів у традиційних формах навчання; потребу у формуванні професійних компетентностей; вплив цифрових технологій, які студенти часто не вміють ефективно використовувати; мотиваційні бар'єри та труднощі з самоорганізацією; відсутність системного підходу до контролю та оцінювання результатів самостійної роботи.
У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти організації самостійної навчальної діяльності, її види та особливості, а також вплив на формування компетентностей, визначених у стандарті для спеціальності 015 «Професійна освіта» (за спеціалізаціями) для першого (бакалаврського) рівня вищої освіти, оскільки він забезпечує узгодженість освітньої діяльності із сучасними вимогами суспільства, стимулює підвищення якості підготовки студентів і сприяє їхній конкурентоспроможності на ринку праці.
На основі аналізу компетентностей, визначених у стандарті для спеціальності 015 «Професійна освіта» (за спеціалізаціями) для першого (бакалаврського) рівня вищої освіти, визначено загальні та фахові компетентності, які формуються завдяки самостійній навчальній діяльності. Висвітлено підходи до планування, контролю та оцінювання результатів самостійної роботи, а також методи підвищення мотивації студентів і розвитку їхньої здатності до самоосвіти.
У дослідженнях підкреслюється необхідність використання сучасних методів та цифрових технологій для підвищення ефективності самостійного навчання. Також акцентується увага на мотиваційних аспектах, важливості системного підходу до організації, контролю та оцінювання самостійної роботи студентів для їх професійного розвитку та підготовки до викликів сучасної освіти. Стаття містить практичні рекомендації для викладачів щодо оптимізації організації самостійної діяльності студентів.
