АНАЛІЗ СКЛАДНИКІВ СОЦІАЛІЗАЦІЇ ЗДОБУВАЧІВ ВИЩОЇ ОСВІТИ ПІД ЧАС НАВЧАННЯ В ЗВО В УМОВАХ ВІЙНИ
Анотація

Мета. Здійснити аналіз складників, що впливають на соціалізацію здобувачів вищої освіти під час навчання в закладах вищої освіти в у мовах війни, визначити чинники, що сприяють або заважають соціальній інтеграції студентів.
Методи. Для виявлення ступеня розробленості проблеми використано методи теоретичного аналізу наукової, психолого-педагогічної та методичної літератури, також застосовано методи аналізу та синтезу, узагальнення і систематизації, які дозволили системно розглянути та охарактеризувати досліджувальні поняття та сформувати висновки і визначити перспективи.
Результати. Обґрунтовано актуальність досліджуваної проблеми в контексті викликів повномасштабного вторгнення в Україні. Досліджено складники соціалізації здобувачів вищої освіти в умовах воєнного конфлікту. Визначено, як зовнішні стресори, такі як вимушене переселення, втрата близьких, загроза життю та зміни соціального середовища, впливають на формування особистісних якостей і життєвих орієнтирів студентів. Особлива увага приділяється впливу війни на процес соціальної адаптації, формування громадянської свідомості та розвитку міжособистісних стосунків студентів. Розглянуто як позитивні, так і негативні чинники, що визначають особливості соціалізації, аналізується роль закладів вищої освіти у забезпеченні підтримки студентів. Представлено перспективи вдосконалення освітніх практик в умовах війни. Розглянуто адаптивні механізми закладів вищої освіти, що сприяють успішній соціалізації студентів, включаючи розвиток цифрових навичок, впровадження психологічної підтримки та збереження комунікативної взаємодії.
Висновки. В умовах війни процес соціалізації здобувачів вищої освіти драматично змінюється і враховує вплив низки факторів. Висновки дослідження підкреслюють важливість подальшої уваги до соціалізації студентів у кризових умовах. Комплексний підхід до вивчення цієї проблеми допоможе розробити ефективні освітні практики та сприяти формуванню стійких і соціально активних особистостей. Результати дослідження можуть бути корисні для розробки програм підтримки студентів, які навчаються в умовах конфлікту, а також для подальших досліджень у цій області.
