ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНО-ПЕДАГОГІЧНІ ЗАСАДИ УПРАВЛІННЯ РОЗВИТКОМ ПЕРСОНАЛУ В ЗАКЛАДІ ОХОРОНИ ЗДОРОВ'Я
Анотація

У статті висвітлюються організаційно-педагогічні засади управління розвитком персоналу в закладах охорони здоров’я в умовах реформування медичної галузі України. Розкрито значення впровадження інноваційних освітніх технологій для підвищення професійної компетентності медичних працівників, що є важливим аспектом адаптації до сучасних стандартів надання медичних послуг. Автори акцентують увагу на ролі андрагогічних принципів навчання дорослих, які включають створення сприятливого освітнього середовища, використання інтерактивних методів навчання, розробку індивідуальних освітніх траєкторій та мотиваційних програм.
У дослідженні наголошено на необхідності формування системного підходу до управління професійним розвитком персоналу, що охоплює діагностику освітніх потреб, планування навчального процесу, упровадження сучасних дидактичних інструментів та моніторинг ефективності освітніх заходів. Виділено важливість інтеграції педагогічних підходів до кадрової політики, зокрема через розвиток soft skills, симуляційного навчання та рефлексивних практик.
Окрему увагу приділено мотиваційній складовій, яка включає матеріальні та нематеріальні стимули, спрямовані на підвищення якості медичних послуг і забезпечення сталого професійного розвитку. Представлено рекомендації щодо створення адаптивних моделей управління розвитком персоналу в закладах охорони здоров’я, що враховують індивідуальні потреби працівників та специфіку закладу.
Результати дослідження можуть бути використані для вдосконалення освітніх програм, підвищення кваліфікації медичних працівників та оптимізації системи управління персоналом.
