Abstract
Small cities are the specific socio-economic and environmental urbosystem. The history of small cities has led to areas of modern development and functioning. Lack of inner potential of small cities of Kharkiv region leads to loss of working-age population. Achieving sustainable development of small cities promote integrated socio-economic and environmental assessment and making optimal management decisions.
