Editorial policy of the journal

The editorial board of the electronic scientific publication “State Building” adheres to international standards and is guided by ethical norms applicable to scientific research publications.

The editorial policy of the publication does not contradict the standards of V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University as a publisher.

The editorial board reserves the right to reject an article for publication in the event of a violation of the rules set out below.

Authors who submit their work for publication in the electronic scientific publication “State Building” guarantee that their articles are original (have not been previously published in other publications in their current or similar form), are not under consideration by the editorial boards of other publications, and that all possible conflicts of interest related to copyright and publication of the relevant articles have already been resolved.

Submission of an article to the collection “State Building” automatically certifies that the author agrees with the editorial policy in force in our journal.

 All articles received are checked for plagiarism using the Strikeplagiarism.electronic verification system. This check takes place before review and before a decision on publication is made.

Articles are automatically rejected if they do not fit the profile of the journal or if their format does not meet the requirements.

The editorial board of the journal “State Building” is not responsible for the content of articles and may not share the author's opinion.

 

Requirements for submitting an article

Accurate references to the original sources of the materials used are mandatory wherever appropriate.

Reproduction of tables, figures, or text fragments from other sources is permitted if the authors:

• have obtained written permission to use the material;
• have indicated the original source of the data in the description of figures and tables and duplicated it in the list of sources used;
• have made an accurate reference to the source and/or have previously clarified the information about the copyright holder and obtained permission to borrow (reprint) it when using any content that is freely available on the Internet and in public libraries.

The editorial board recommends including in the list of references materials that the author (co-authors) have prepared earlier, in particular, in the course of the research on which the article is based, including even their reports at conferences, presentations at educational and scientific seminars, etc.

If the original article is written in Ukrainian, its title, abstract, keywords, full names of authors, figures, and tables must be submitted in English.
