Abstract

The article examines corporate social responsibility as an institutional basis for the formation of effective social partnership in the context of contemporary socio-economic transformations, globalization challenges, and the need to ensure sustainable societal development. The main idea of the article is to substantiate the role of corporate social responsibility as a systemic mechanism for integrating the interests of the state, business, and civil society, which contributes to the formation of long-term partnership relations, strengthening of social capital, and enhancement of public trust. The research is based on systemic and functional approaches, as well as the application of general scientific methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, induction, and deduction, which made it possible to comprehensively reveal the essence of corporate social responsibility, identify its structural components, and determine its implementation mechanisms under modern conditions.

The article establishes that corporate social responsibility has transformed from voluntary charitable activity into a strategic instrument of corporate governance that integrates social, environmental, and ethical principles into business operations. It is substantiated that the implementation of internal and external directions of socially responsible activities contributes to the development of human capital, increases the investment attractiveness of enterprises, strengthens their reputational capital, and forms an effective system of interaction with stakeholders. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the role of corporate social responsibility under martial law and during the post-war recovery of Ukraine, where business acts as an active participant in supporting social stability, community development, and the implementation of humanitarian initiatives. It is proven that the integration of corporate social responsibility principles into the system of social partnership enhances the effectiveness of social policy, promotes the development of socially responsible business, and ensures sustainable socio-economic development of the state.
