Abstract

The article focuses on the justification of organizational and methodological approaches to improving the system of training health care managers by higher education institutions in a single educational space and the development of recommendations for increasing its efficiency based on the processing of available information sources, analytical materials and best practices. The need for high-quality training of professional managers in the context of industry reform, capable of adapting to new challenges and implementing innovative approaches to the management of medical institutions, is highlighted. Attention is focused on improving master's programs in health care management, which is a critically important component of this system. A generalized comprehensive analysis of the implementation of such programs in leading Ukrainian higher education institutions and based on international experience in comparing the concept of training managers in the context of implementing relevant programs from the perspective of the methodology for building educational programs, taking into account their resource provision, features and factors influencing the qualitative aspects of training specialists, which made it possible to make certain generalizations, conclusions and recommendations for improving health care manager training programs by higher education institutions in Ukraine. The prospects for the development of university educational programs for training health care managers in the medium term have been determined. It has been proven that the improvement of the system of training health care managers by educational institutions in the context of a single educational space should be carried out in the direction of integrating educational programs, taking into account the resource capabilities of the relevant institutions, regional characteristics of the industry and the needs of the labor market, and international experience.
