Foreign practice of using artificial intelligence in ensuring modernization of public administration.

Abstract

The article explores the potential of artificial intelligence (AI) and foreign practice of its use in ensuring the modernization of public administration. The possibilities of using artificial intelligence technologies to increase the efficiency, transparency and effectiveness of public authorities, as well as to improve the quality of public services, are analyzed. The development of artificial intelligence is considered in terms of the implementation of innovative approaches to the formation and implementation of state policy in the context of growing data volumes and the complexity of management processes.

Particular attention is paid to the foreign context of the implementation of AI, in particular within the framework of the implementation of national strategies for the digital transformation of social relations as a factor in the modernization of public administration. The significance of artificial intelligence in the public administration system lies in its ability to provide automation of management processes, analytical support for decision-making, forecasting socio-economic processes and optimization of interaction between the state and citizens. In leading countries of the world, the practice of implementing solutions based on artificial intelligence in the activities of government bodies is actively being formed, which contributes to the development of e-government, increasing the level of accountability of state institutions and involving citizens in public administration processes.
