Abstract

Показана можливість використання поверхневого плазмонного резонансу (ППР) для реєстрації органічних молекул з малою молекулярною масою  (~200 дальтон) на прикладі гербіцидів атразину та метрибузину. ППР-реєстрація вказаних гербіцидів базується на використанні рослинного білку D1, який є природним рецептором для гербіцидів, що інгібірують процес біосинтезу. Чутливість, що досягнута для двох запропонованих вимірювальних схем, сягає 100 нг/мл та 0.1 нг/мл, відповідно. Описуються особливості методики та технології, що пов'язані з реєстрацією органічних молекул з малою молекулярною масою та використанням ППР.
