Abstract

Viability of ovarian tissue follicles after hypothermic storage in media of different composition has been studied. Maximal resistance of cells has been revealed when we used mannitol containing solution as the incubation medium. Addition of 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS) in all solutions increases follicles viability for 10–15 %.
