Abstract
The article presents, from the anthropological point of view, the treatment of the subjectivity issue on the ground of law, pedagogy, biology and everyday culture. The article demonstrates the insufficiency of: considering subjectivity within psychology and reducing subjectivity to identity and consciousness. The author considers that the matter of subjectivity can be examined only within the philosophical reflection, because subjectivity is one of the most general and fundamental ways to express the affirmation of existence and dignity of being. Such affirmation also gives metaphysical rationale for the postulates of eco-philosophy towards the contemporary civilization, as well as the postulates of ethics towards morality.
