T.V.Chuprina  INFORMATISATION’S IMPORTANCE FOR PEOPLE WITH LIMITED PHYSICAL  TRAINING OF THE XXIST CENTURY.  In  the  given  article  there  are  main  facts  of  the  informatisation’s  importance,  it’s  social- phylosophycal analyze to solve a wide range of people’s problems whith physically limited abilities in the  sphere of physical training in  XXI st century. Both in  the  modern theory and  practice of the  physical  training traditional ways of correction of the different physical disadvantages at sportsmen-invalids are  used  as  usual.  In  this  connection  the  correction  is  typical  thanks  for  physical  training  of  adapted- disadvantages of children-invalids with amputated extremities. The most part of used extra abilities of the  human organism are included into the plan which shows that sport is a transformated practice. It means  that during sport training a sportsmen overcomes both himself and his habited reactions having another  spirit. After the competition the sportsmen usually has his common state.  All habited routine sporting trainings are necessary “to treat out” to find the way for spontanious  activities and find out the wide range of new physical abilities. In this case the world “cludge” is used. It  comes from engineering characterizing non-ideal technical device to a human organism. If fully-healthy  people try to be “cludge” and demand an ideal state of organism, so sportsmen invalids are “cludge”  mostly. So  sportsmen invalids have more chances  to get more and more  from  their creative potential,  using  corrections  different  devices  of  their  disadvantages  thanks  for  natural  limited  abilities.  The  dynamic development of the  well-informed society where  both  education  and  science  are major facts  increases chance sportsmen-invalid’s physical abilities.   Besides  both  informative-communicative  technology  and  the  conception of positive  social real  construction give the opportunity to realize this informative transformation with the help of numerous and  communicative technologies. All this promotes to enlarge full creative potential of this group of people.  This  article  that  the  above  mentioned  conception  of  both  informative-communicative  and  convergent allows invalids to overcome their limited physical abilities to live like others. It means that  contemporary  convergent  technology  can  change  invalids  as  this  technologies  are  the  instrument  of  positive and social construction, cultural modification of invalid’s mind and body itself. This can form  absolutely new  feelings this  socially-cultural  modification  of  both  invalid’ mind and body  is based on  dynamic interaction of biological and cultural  determines. All this  a  lot  to  improve invalid’s life  and  makes it closer to other people.  It’s necessary to mention contemporary convergent  technologies can be realized  practically in  making different kinds of neurochip, neurolimbs and other things to make invalid’s life better day by day.  Japan is the only country in the world where artificial people have realized as real machines for a long  time already.  Key  words:  informatisation,  informative-communicative  technologies,  a  man  with  limited  physical abilities, a sportsman-invalid, positive social construction of life, physical training, informative  society.
