Соціальна інфраструктура як суспільно-географічна категорія
Анотація
Сучасний період характеризується суттєвими змінами в усіх сферах життя. Відомі раніше явища набувають нового змісту. Відповідно виникає потреба в переосмисленні та уточненні багатьох понять, серед яких соціальна інфраструктура. Незважаючи на те, що вона становить значний інтерес для представників різних наук, на сьогодні не існує комплексного уявлення щодо її сутності. Література часто характеризується неоднозначністю в трактуванні даного поняття, що веде до плутанини в його використанні.
У статті розглянуто універсальну категорію «інфраструктура», яка використовується для пояснення різних економічних і соціальних процесів. Приділено увагу підходам до її розуміння. Зазначено, що існують різні види інфраструктури: інформаційна, інноваційна, інституційна, ринкова, екологічна, військова та інші, але одним з найпопулярніших залишається поділ інфраструктури на виробничу та соціальну. Згадано три етапи становлення терміна «соціальна інфраструктура». Проаналізовано еволюцію його змісту та виділено чотири основні тенденції: 1) економічний характер соціальної інфраструктури на початковому етапі; 2) зміщення поглядів у бік задоволення потреб населення та забезпечення належних умов проживання; 3) відведення соціальній інфраструктурі одної з провідних ролей у всебічному розвитку особистості; 4) цифровізація соціальної інфраструктури. Узагальнено підходи до трактування даного терміна шляхом їх зведення до двох основних: галузевого та матеріально-речового. Розкрито сутність соціальної інфраструктури. Запропоновано авторське визначення даного поняття, відповідно до якого соціальна інфраструктура – це матеріальна основа, необхідна для створення сприятливих умов для нормальної життєдіяльності та розвитку суспільства. До її складу входять як фізичні (організації, заклади, споруди, громадські простори тощо), так і цифрові (онлайн-платформи, сервіси, вебсайти, застосунки тощо) об’єкти. Наголошено на тому, що під час проведення географічних досліджень слід враховувати її територіально-просторовий аспект. Особливо перспективними є регіональні суспільно-географічні дослідження соціальної інфраструктури.
