CREATION OF ENERGY INDUSTRY IN BURKINA FASO. I. THE STUDY OF THE ENERGY SITUATION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of creating actual energy sector in Burkina Faso, the poorest country in West Africa. The economic and social situation in the country, identified the main reasons causing the lack of economic development have been studied. A key feature of the beginning of economic development in the country has been shown. Construction siteы of an oil refinery and power station have been identified.
