Abstract

In the article the attempt to prove the methodological grounds of the functional-role features of professional activity of political analyst and political expert as separate subjects of the analytical process of preparation, decision-making and realization of public political decisions and programs is made. The special attention is given to the relevance of the institutionalization of the professions of political analyst and political experts as independent subjects of the analytical process.
