CONCEPTUAL FOUNDATIONS OF MODERN ADMINISTRATIVE REFORMS
Abstract
Investigates concepts and theoretical models that define orientation of administrative reforms in many countries in recent decades, especially the concept of "New Public Management" and "good governance."
