UKRAINIAN PRESIDENT AUTHORITIES IN THE CONTEXT OF CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS: CONTENT AND DYNAMICS
Abstract
Ukrainian President Authorities in both real conditions of constitutional right context and in dynamics due to realities of adopted Constitution are trying to be analyzed. Some desired parameters to be implemented in future Constitution project are in the focus of research. Opinions of experts on President Authorities in the frame of constitutional right are investigated.Downloads
