Abstract

Among the most serious disease of recent years from which the population of Ukraine has suffered is maladaptive mental states. The most prone to their occurrence are relatives of combatants and internally displaced persons, most of whom are women. The aim was to establish the psychological features of adaptation mechanisms in women with neurotic anxiety and depressive disorders of different genesis. Although the survey showed reliable differences in the distribution of nonadaptive coping in general we can speak of tension nonadaptive methods of psychological defense and prevalence nonadaptive coping strategies. At the same time adaptive discovered untapped resource for activation which should be directed at therapeutic effects in treatment. To this end, developed a comprehensive system of differentiated specialized care for women with neurotic anxiety and depressive disorders of different genesis basing on the data of this study
