Психотерапія та психологічне консультування в програмах реабілітації залежних від психоактивних речовин
Анотація
Психотерапія та психологічне консультування в наркології є важливою складовою лікувально-профілактичного процесу, використовується в комплексі реабілітаційних заходів, є невіддільною складовою медикаментозного, фізіотерапевтичного і психосоціального впливу та починається на самих ранніх етапах лікування. Використання психотерапії на етапі реабілітації хімічно залежних осіб є необхідним і перспективним. Ефективні психотерапевтичні програми передбачають використання цілого комплексу психотерапевтичних підходів включають в себе різні методи і форми психотерапії, які застосовуються спільнотою фахівців в єдності з комплексом психофармакотерапії та інших немедикаментозних методів лікування. Кожному окремому стратегічному етапу реабілітації залежних від психоактивних речовин відповідає певний психотерапевтичний метод. Психотерапевтичні реабілітаційні заходи в наркології повинні бути націлені на особистість, проводитися диференційовано та комплексно, включаючи в себе як психотерапевтичні реабілітаційні заходи, так і орієнтовані на реабілітацію хворих медикаментозні методи. Поетапне проведених заходів, введення в лікувальний процес елементів психотерапевтично-реабілітаційного підходу необхідного з самого початку вже на етапі гострих станів. Психотерапія в разі успіху оптимізує сукупність особистісних статусів домагаючись їх гармонійного розкриття та фіксації позиції особистості в бажаних статусах. Основні принципи психотерапії залежних від психоактивних речовин розглядаються в єдності з сучасними концепціями лікування взагалі і включають в себе добровільність, індивідуальність, комплексність і відмову від вживання психоактивної речовини.
