Comprehensive approach for evaluation of environmental risks military facilities armed Forces Of Ukraine
Abstract
Reduction of the Armed Forces of Ukraine provides for the transfer of large areas owned by the Ministry of Defence to the national economy. Specific military activities so that the soil at these areas may be contaminated with various chemicals including petrochemicals and their derivatives. The concept of environmental risk assessment the daily activities of the troops that are related to soil pollution with oil products allows to estimate the impact on the environment under components (atmosphere, hydrosphere, soil) in accordance with existing methods and using the desirability function and determine the predictive value of risk changes in the surrounding natural environment for military installations.
