ІНФОРМАЦІЙНО-КОМУНІКАТИВНА КОМПЕТЕНТНІСТЬ ЯК СКЛАДОВА ПРОФЕСІЙНО-ПЕДАГОГІЧНОЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ ВЧИТЕЛЯ ФІЗИЧНОГО ВИХОВАННЯ
Анотація

Мета. Виявлення можливостей і переваг застосування інформаційно-комунікативних технологій, володіння якими утворює ІКТ-компетентність, що розглядається як складова загальної професійно-педагогічної компетентності вчителя фізичного виховання.
Методи. При написанні статті використовувалися методи: аналіз наукових публікацій з теми дослідження; вивчення вітчизняного та зарубіжного педагогічного досвіду; систематизація можливостей та переваг використання ІКТ-технології вчителями фізвиховання; узагальнення отриманих аналітичних даних.
Результати. ІКТ сьогодні відіграють провідну роль у модернізації освіти, зокрема й фізичного виховання. Проте успішне застосування ІКТ вимагає наявності високої ІКТ-компетентності вчителя фізичного виховання. Так, застосування ним ІКТ допомагає: залучати пасивних здобувачів освіти до активної навчальної діяльності; здійснювати освітню діяльність з більшою інтенсивністю та візуалізацією; підвищувати інформаційну грамотність здобувачів освіти; стимулювати пізнавальний інтерес; здійснювати персоналізовані та диференційовані підходи в навчанні тощо. Переваги використання ІКТ у процесі проведення занять з фізичної культури можна виділити такі: процес фізичного виховання стає більш сучасним, інтенсивним та різноманітним; гарантують практичну реалізацію принципу наочності у фізичному вихованні; забезпечують адаптацію здобувачів освіти в існуючому інформаційному просторі; знаходять застосування в різних формах фізкультурно-спортивних заходів; надають широкі можливості для якісної діагностики та моніторингу. Сучасні ІКТ є ефективним інструментом для організації та забезпечення занять з фізичного виховання для: розробки інформаційних, методичних матеріалів і документації для проведення занять; реалізації провідного дидактичного принципу – принципу наочності; інформаційного пошуку, обробки інформації та її зберігання; комунікації зі здобувачами освіти, колегами, керівництвом.
Висновки. Задля використання усіх переваг застосування ІКТ вчитель фізичного виховання має володіти таким значущим сьогодні компонентом професійно-педагогічної компетентності як ІКТ-компетентність.
Перспективи подальшого дослідження вбачаються у виявленні організаційно-педагогічних умов практичного використання сучасних ІКТ у роботі вчителя фізичного виховання та вивченні й упровадженні зарубіжного досвіду з цієї проблематики в практику вітчизняних закладів освіти.
