МОДЕЛЬ МЕТОДИКИ РОЗВИТКУ СОЦІАЛЬНОЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ ВЧИТЕЛІВ ЩОДО РОБОТИ ЗІ ЗДОБУВАЧАМИ ОСВІТИ У СКЛАДНИХ ЖИТТЄВИХ ОБСТАВИНАХ У ПРОЦЕСІ ПІДВИЩЕННЯ КВАЛІФІКАЦІЇ
Анотація

Мета. Стаття присвячена науковому обґрунтуванню та розробленню моделі методики розвитку
соціальної компетентності вчителів щодо роботи зі здобувачами освіти у складних життєвих обставинах
у процесі підвищення кваліфікації. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена сучасними викликами в освіті,
зокрема збільшенням кількості здобувачів освіти, які опинились або можуть опинитися у складних
життєвих обставинах.
Методи. У процесі дослідження застосовано комплекс загальнонаукових методів: аналіз, синтез,
узагальнення, систематизацію, а також педагогічне моделювання як провідний метод конструювання
моделі. Здійснено аналіз чинників впливу на розвиток соціальної компетентності вчителів, визначено
методологічні підходи та дидактичні принципи, що стали основою для побудови моделі.
Результати. Розроблено модель методики, яка включає три взаємопов‘язані блоки:
методологічно-цільовий, змістовно-діяльнісний та діагностично-рефлексивний. У першому блоці
визначено науково-методологічні засади, підходи, принципи та зовнішні й внутрішні чинники впливу.
Змістовно-діяльнісний блок розкриває етапи впровадження методики, форми, методи та засоби навчання
у системі післядипломної педагогічної освіти. Діагностично-рефлексивний блок орієнтований на
моніторинг і корекцію професійної підготовки вчителів, а також формування рефлексивних умінь як
компонента саморозвитку. Запропонована модель дозволяє забезпечити ефективний розвиток соціальної
компетентності вчителів.
Висновки. Результати дослідження підтвердили необхідність системного, науково обґрунтованого
підходу до розвитку соціальної компетентності вчителів у процесі підвищення кваліфікації. Модель
методики, що представлена в статті, враховує сучасні виклики освіти, зокрема умови війни, цифровізації
та соціальної напруженості, й може слугувати ефективним інструментом у підготовці вчителів щодо
роботи зі здобувачами освіти у складних життєвих обставинах.
