Парадигма мережевого суспільства Мануеля Кастельса: потенціал теоретичної концептуалізації та імплікації для вищої освіти
Анотація
У статті досліджуються становлення та розвиток теоретичних уявлень про мережеве суспільство. З метою теоретичного узагальнення автор концептуалізує парадигму мережевого суспільства за Мануелем Кастельсом. Розглядається генеза мережевої теорії, аналізується низка інших концепцій розвитку суспільства. На їхній основі виділяються етапи розвитку суспільств. Мережева теорія репрезентується як продовження концепції постіндустріального / інформаційного суспільства. Наголошується, що мережева теорія на макрорівні дозволяє аналізувати сучасний етап суспільного розвитку в контекстах глобалізації та інформатизації. Аналізуються теоретичні напрацювання таких розробників концепції мережевого суспільства, як Баррі Уеллман, Ян ван Дайк та Мануель Кастельс. Основна увага приділяється теорії мережевого суспільства, запропонованій М. Кастельсом, зокрема здійснюється спроба виділення ключових понять мережевої парадигми. Акцентується на відсутності загальноприйнятого категоріально-понятійного апарату мережевої парадигми. Підкреслюється, що концептуалізація мережевої теорії суспільства надає можливість осмислення горизонтальної соціальної організації як такої, що зумовлює специфіку функціонування основних сфер суспільного життя, в тому числі освітньої сфери. Окреслюються основні, найбільш очевидні риси мережевого суспільства, зокрема такі, як гнучкість, масштабованість, живучість, включення / виключення. Мережеве суспільство представляється як суспільство, в якому соціальні відносини організовані навколо мереж, інформація створює технологічну основу, а інформаційна епоха виступає історичним контекстом, в якому, власне, виникає і розвивається це суспільство. Окрема увага приділяється аналізу можливостей застосування останньої версії мережевої теорії Мануеля Кастельса до вивчення системи сучасної освіти. Визначаються напрямки подальших наукових розвідок з обраної проблематики, зокрема необхідність акцентувати увагу на деструктивних аспектах мережевих технологій.
