Abstract

The article examines changes in the labor market in terms of emergence of new forms of employment, particularly freelancing. Analyzed the main factors that create preconditions for the appearance of Institute of freelancing in Ukraine, and the status of its development. Identifies the main interests driving the development of the institution of freelancing on the part of the customer and the freelancer. The main advantages and disadvantages of the institution of freelancing for employees and customers. The proposals to improve conditions for the development of the Institute of freelancing.
