Optimization of components of socio-communication competence in modern educational training standards of specialists

Abstract

The article explores the specifics of the development of modern educational programs, taking into account the competency approach. It has been determined that in the list of competences of future specialists, in addition to general and professional competencies, it is expedient to determine invariant socio-communicative competencies. A review of different approaches to the formation of the system of components of socio-communicative competence and the proposed own view on the list of components of this system is presented. Each university, faculty, department can develop professiograms corresponding to the acquired knowledge and skills, but in the educational standard and the passport of the specialty, that is, the documents regulating the list of competencies, it is necessary to take into account the general sections concerning invariant competences of the graduate. The author offers the approximate number of elements of socio-communicative competence that is invariant to the profile of specialist activity.
