R. LASHCHENKO ABOUT THE REASONS OF THE WAR OF INDEPENDENCE IN UKRAINE IN 1917-1920 YEARS
Abstract
The article deals with the analysis of R. Lashchenko's views, a famous Ukrainian public politician of the end of the XIX- th - the beginning of the XX – th century, concerning the reasons of the Ukrainian revolution of 1917 – 1920 – the unsuccessful reforms in legal system, weakness of national and conscious, political elite, insufficient level of personal maintenance’s process of state building, imperfection of home and foreign politics etc.Downloads
