THE PROBLEMS OF THE STATE ADMINISTRATION OF THE INFORMATIONAL RESOURCES. THE POLITICAL AND JURIDICAL PERSPECTIVES OF THE UKRAINIAN LEGISLATION
Abstract
The question of state administration of Ukraine informative resources is considered in the article. Certainly basic principles and directions of activity of public authorities in relation to creation of informative society, decision of tasks of forming of national informative space, included of Ukraine in a world informative concord. Outlined basic directions and priorities of politiko - legal adjusting of functioning of informative resource.
