CONSTITUTIONAL PROCESS AS A COMPOUND PART OF DEMOCRATIC TRANSFORMATIONS IN UKRAINE
Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of democratization of the Ukrainian society in an aspect of constitutional modeling of a political system. General tendencies, which accompany creation of constitutional bases of the organization of power in independent Ukraine from 1996, are discussed. Attention is drawn to the necessity of accounting for specific features of the Ukrainian society, while performing a constitutional design of the political system of Ukraine.Downloads
