THE LEGAL FRAMEWORK OF MIGRATION POLICY IN FRANCE: PROBLEMS AND POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
Abstract
The author investigates the legal framework of the French Republic in the field of migration policy in accordance with international law, EU law and domestic law of the country. The main attention is paid on the analysis of the French laws, on the existing problems in the field of migration policies and their possible solutions with regard to the rights of immigrants, social needs and time demands.Downloads
