MODERN ASPECTS OF COMMUNITY-ACQUIRED PNEUMONIA IN PATIENTS WITH DIABETES MELLITUS

Анотація

Незважаючи на відсутність специфічних рекомендацій щодо лікування САР у хворих з супутньою ДМ, цього пацієнта слід лікувати ретельно через: підвищений ризик інфекційної патології, наявність макро- та мікро-ускладнень ДМ, які можуть впливати на біодоступність антибактеріальних препаратів та клінічний перебіг обох захворювань; патологічні зміни імунітету хворих на ДМ із зменшенням імунної реактивності до інфекційних агентів; специфічні медикаментозні взаємодії між антибактеріальними препаратами та засобами, що знижують глюкозу, як взаємодії дихальних фторхінолонів з агентами, що знижують глюкозу, можуть призвести до важкої гіпоглікемії; високий ризик ускладнення ДМ та ЦАП.
