USE NONSTEROIDAL ANTI-INFLAMMATORY DRUGS IN THERAPEUTIC PRACTICE

Abstract
The clinical pharmacology of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) within the classification system of ATS is represented. The classification and characteristics of the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of the drugs of this group are given. The algorithm of NSAIDs’ use in therapeutic practice is described: by the articular syndrome, by pain syndrome of different genesis and by other conditions. The absolute and relative contraindications and side effects of NSAIDs as well as control measures by their long-term use are covered in detail.
