Порядок укладання та виконання договору страхування професійної відповідальності
Abstract
Стаття присвячена проблемам укладання й виконання договору страхування професійної відповідальності. Автором визначений порядок укладання договору страхування професійної відповідальності, розглянуті особливості визначення страхових випадків за вказаним договором, умови виплати страхового відшкодування.
