Реалізація норм права Європейського союзу у внутрішніх правопорядках держав-членів
Abstract
В статті висвітлюються питання унікальності ЄС, пов’язані з автономним характером його правопорядку. Автономний характер права ЄС знаходить свій відбиток у механізмі реалізації його норм у внутрішніх правопорядках держав-членів. Цей механізм являє собою сукупність заходів з метою забезпечення дії права ЄС в державах-членах, при цьому реалізація права ЄС здійснюється за допомогою заходів з боку інститутів та органів Союзу, а також правотворчою та правозастосовної діяльності держав-членів.
