Abstract
Dzh. S. Mill' after A. Smitom and D. Rikardo unseals the basic lacks of theories of mercantilisms, comings from confession of money the unique riches of physical person and state. The author of «Grounds of political economy» defends the doctrine of free trade and at the same time underlines the reasonable scopes of intervention from the state in economic life.
