Abstract

The article deals with the contribution of Kharkiv university in creating community and private higher educational establishments, namely, the article shows the activity of leading university professors in opening and maintaining new higher educational establishments, the specific nature of using university programs while creating a syllabus. The author concludes with the unbreakable connection of university educational system and main approaches for organizing the process of studies in higher educational establishments of a new type.
