The creation and activities of the national minorities’ section in the structure of Kharkiv Provincial Department of Education (1920-1921)

This article investigates the question of Polish, Jewish and Armenian sections’ creation in the structure of Kharkiv local government of education by soviet power from 1919 to 1920. The primary structural subdivision and staff of section are determined. The general activities are analyzed.
