Authors of the article attempt to determine the lifetime status of persons from the female funerals of the Scythian time barrows of the forest-steppe area of the Northern Donets river. This attempt is based on the materials of excavations of 36 female funerals. Using the cluster analysis it was determined that all early Iron age local women belonged to the highest aristocracy social strata, warrior-horsewomen and free ordinary community people. There are socially dependent servants and home slaves were marked out. There are no facts of the humble status of free women were fixed. This mentioned social structure corresponds to the stage of the decay of primitive communal society and forming of early classes.
