ІНФОРМАЦІЙНА КУЛЬТУРА МАЙБУТНІХ МАГІСТРІВ ІЗ ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ ОСВІТИ ТА КОНЦЕПТ ЇЇ ФОРМУВАННЯ

Мета. У сучасному світі інформаційно-комунікаційні технології (ІКТ) здійснюють суттєвий вплив
на всі галузі суспільства. Під їхнім впливом відбуваються зміни в економіці, політиці, культурі, освіті.
Мета статті полягає у визначенні концепту (загальні та дидактичні завдання, особливості, напрямки
розвитку ІКТ в освіті) формування інформаційної культури майбутніх магістрів із професійної освіти.
Методи. Для вирішення поставлених завдань використовувався комплекс загальнонаукових
(аналіз, синтез, аналогія, порівняння, зіставлення, узагальнення, класифікація, систематизація) та
емпіричних (аналіз філософської, психолого-педагогічної, методичної літератури, нормативної
документації) методів.
Результати. Використовуючи ознаки інформаційних технологій обрання пристроїв, за допомогою
яких проводиться обробка інформації, було виділено 6 етапів розвитку ІКТ. При цьому було визначено,
що освітніми технологіями в професійній освіті вважається система наукових і інженерних знань, а
також методів і засобів, які використовуються для створення, збору, зберігання, обробки та передачі
інформації в предметній галузі. Дидактичними завданнями, які вирішуються за допомогою ІКТ, як
правило, є: посилення мотивації до навчання; активізація процесу навчання; забезпечення гнучкості
процесу навчання; удосконалення організації викладання; підвищення індивідуалізації навчання та
роботи самого викладача тощо. Аналіз наукових джерел дозволив виявити низку особливостей сучасних
ІКТ, а саме: транскордонність; масовість; доступність; модульність; інтерактивність. На підставі цих
особливостей було виявлено основні напрямки використання ІКТ в інформатизації вітчизняної освіти:
дистанційна освіта; інтерактивні навчально-методичні комплекси (НМК); демонстраційні й моделюючі
комп’ютерні програми.
Висновки. У галузі інформатизації освіти сьогодні існує протиріччя між тенденціями її
інформатизації та існуючою системою освіти, яка відтворює освітню модель попереднього
індустріального суспільства. Розв’язати це протиріччя можливо тільки шляхом різкої та кардинальної
перебудови всієї системи вітчизняної освіти. Формування інформаційної культури через самоосвіту є
одним із завдань інформатизації освіти, яке вимагає усвідомленої освітньої діяльності, а також розробки
й надання відповідних методик. Перспективним напрямом подальших досліджень цієї проблематики є
виявлення організаційно-педагогічних умов формування інформаційної культури майбутніх магістрів із
професійної освіти засобами інформаційних технологій та їх перевірка на практиці.
