МЕТОДОЛОГІЯ ІСТОРИКО-ЕКОНОМІЧНОГО ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ ЯК ЧИННИК І ЗАСІБ ДЕМІФОЛОГІЗАЦІЇ ІСТОРІЇ РОЗВИТКУ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ НАУКИ В ЇЇ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНО-ІНСТИТУЦІЙНОМУ ВИМІРІ
Анотація
У статті розкрито сучасні принципи дослідження історії розвитку економічної науки з позицій інституціональної економічної теорії (єдність логічного та історичного підходів, об’єктивного та суб’єктивного, формального та реального аналізу, застосування наративного дискурсу). Показано, що історія економічних ідей тісно пов’язана з історією економічних подій, а дійсно наукове відображення обох процесів у їх суперечливому поєднанні найбільш повно може бути забезпечене шляхом виділення відносно автономних рівнів аналізу (історія життя певних особистостей; історія розвитку організацій, в яких здійснювали свою наукову, педагогічну та практичну діяльність ці особистості, та відповідних структурних підрозділів цих організацій; історія розвитку держав (місцевостей), на території яких знаходились ці організації та/або перебували ці особистості) у різні періоди) з наступним поєднанням результатів цього аналізу та відповідними узагальненнями. Продемонстровано можливості використання запропонованих принципів для розв’язання дискусійних питань історико-економічного змісту (спадкоємність наукових шкіл, прив’язка відомих імен до певних ЗВО, історичне правонаступництво ЗВО та їхніх структурних підрозділів) на прикладі конкретних особистостей – відомих вчених-економістів, структурних підрозділів ЗВО, пов’язаних з економічною наукою, і ЗВО, до складу яких входили ці структурні підрозділи. Обґрунтовано висновок, щоспособи доведення правомірності тих чи інших трактувань історико-економічного процесу мають бути адекватними і спиратись на усю доступну сукупність історичних фактів та документів, з урахуванням контексту відповідної історичної епохи. Підкреслено, що застосування запропонованих принципів на виділених рівнях дослідження здатне убезпечити від помилкових уявлень щодо реальної історії економіки та економічної думки та/або від свідомих її фальсифікацій.
