Ідеологічні протиріччя концепції сталого розвитку: на шляху до нової парадигми сталості у сучасному мінливому світі?
Анотація
Стаття акцентує увагу на можливості творчої адаптації фундаментальних принципів сталості до реалій сучасного світу через вирішення ідеологічних протиріч концепції сталого розвитку. Метою статті є наукове обґрунтування можливості побудови контекстно-орієнтованої моделі сталого розвитку на основі гнучкого підходу до управління, яким не заперечується фундаментальних принципів сталості, а закликається до їх творчої адаптації до реалій сучасного світу. Автор акцентує увагу, що за допомогою гнучкої моделі управління можлива концептуальна трансформація підходів до забезпечення сталості з урахуванням сучасних глобальних викликів та потреб національних економік. Автор стверджує, що саме адаптивний підхід до побудови управлінських процесів сприятиме вирішенню ідеологічних протиріч концепції сталого розвитку та формуванню контекстно-орієнтованої моделі забезпечення сталості та гармонійного зростання у майбутньому. Автор зауважує, що на сьогодні концепція сталого розвитку, яка донедавна була мейнстрімом і основою для формування політик на національному та міжнародному рівнях, переживає певну кризу довіри і потребує критичного переосмислення через надмірну абстрактність, відірваність від локальних реалій та недостатнє врахування специфіки різних країн та регіонів. Стаття розкриває ідеологічні протиріччя концептуальних підходів сталого розвитку як підґрунтя внутрішньої разбалансованості системи, каталізатор внутрішньосистемних конфліктів та першопричину сучасного світоглядного зсуву.
Розв’язання ідеологічних протиріч на основі модернізації підходів до побудови управлінських процесів дозволяє запропонувати концептуальний погляд на оновлення концепції сталого розвитку в умовах сьогодення.
