Специфіка взаємодії влади та громади в умовах цифровізації системи публічного управління
Анотація
проєкту № 2022.01/0144 «Впровадження концепції «Громадська участь 2.0» для відбудови міста Харкова у воєнний та повоєнний періоди», що фінансується Національним фондом досліджень України. Цифровізація суспільства значно впливає на всі сфери життя, включаючи систему публічного управління. Впровадження цифрових інструментів та платформ трансформує способи взаємодії влади та громади, роблячи їх більш відкритими, прозорими, інтерактивними та підзвітними. У статті досліджено специфічні особливості взаємодії влади та громади в умовах цифровізації системи публічного управління. Розроблено типологію моделей взаємодії влади та громади в цифровому середовищі. Виявлено та обґрунтовано переваги та виклики, пов’язані з цифровізацією взаємодії влади та громади. Розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо вдосконалення взаємодії влади та громади в умовах цифровізації. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані для вдосконалення системи публічного управління, підвищення рівня участі громадян у прийнятті рішень, збільшення прозорості та підзвітності влади, розвитку електронної демократії
