Засади регіонального самоврядування відповідно до рамкових рекомендацій Ради Європи
Анотація
Роз’яснюється зміст положень Рамкових рекомендацій Ради Європи щодо регіональної демократії, які в узагальненому вигляді містять європейські стандарти регіонального самоврядування. Для більш повного викладення відповідних положень Рамкових рекомендацій використано нормативно-правові акти Ради Європи, що стосуються регіонального самоврядування. Здійснене зіставлення європейських стандартів регіонального самоврядування із нормативно-правовим регулюванням та практикою функціонування інституту самоврядування на рівні регіонів України. Представлене авторське бачення щодо запровадження регіонального самоврядування в Україні.
