Анотація

У статті пропонується уточнення концептуальних основ стратегії промислової диверсифікації регіонів і територіальних громад для відповідної модернізації структури економік і врахування потреб сільських територій України. Такий підхід дозволяє поєднати напрацювання просторових теорій і економічно-управлінських підходів (smart-спеціалізація) для подальшого напрацювання пропозицій до відповідальних місцевих органів влади. Матеріал викладається за такою логікою: концептуальна і загальна теоретична “рамка”, опис аналітичного підходу до врахування місцевих можливостей та бар’єрів для формування нової траєкторії промислового розвитку, основні варіанти регіональної економічної політики для нової економічної стратегії регіону та його відповідної нової траєкторії промислового розвитку; остання частина - особливості формування політики на місцевому і регіональному рівнях рівні для різних типів регіонів. Ці оцінки дають основу для розробки політики та відповідних рекомендацій, які ґрунтуються на конкретиці контексту регіону і сільської території.
