Abstract

In this article the process of formation of local health services and features of their social and geographical research. Much attention is paid to the hierarchical composite medical services system. Expediency consideration of two lines of communication in such systems (inter-enterprise services and service centers (settlements) of various ranks). Analyzed components optimize spatial distribution of health services in Ukraine.
