Abstract

The paper presents common problems of using innovative integrated technologies in the processes of information process management in social online networks and cybersecurity. In particular, neurocommunication is considered as an example of a combination of natural, humanitarian and digital technologies. Among the basic sciences for neurocommunications we identify cognitive psychology, neuropsychology, applied psychoanalysis, marketing, PR, political science, social communications, SMM, SEO. The concept of «neurocommunication» is presented as a complex of integrated technologies aimed at forming in-depth social communications. These communications represent a three-stage model of developing communication process: catching attention, securing attention, forming a state of stable dependence on the source of information. The main areas of deployment of neurocommunication processes are visual, audio, tactile, taste and contact with specific odors. The basic directions of research are the Hard methods (lie detector, face reading, electro-encephalography, eye tracker) and Soft methods (ZMET, focus groups, expert surveys). In the context of modern information security, the methods of neurocommunication are actively used in the practice of social engineering, which is an integrated technology for managing human decisions at a personal level. The main aspects of the use of neurocommunication technology in modern information wars, including those taking place in social-online networks, are also considered. It also discusses the use of swarm intelligence algorithms in the development of effective neurocommunication processes.
