Development of plasma methods for the synthesis of fullerenes

Abstract

The plasma methods of  fullerene synthesis, which are now the widely used both in laboratory and industrial conditions, are review. Along with a brief review of the initial history of the development of plasma methods, the survey covered also developed in recent years, new approaches and constructive-technological decisions aimed at better understanding of the mechanisms of plasma synthesis of fullerenes and increasing its efficiency.
