Abstract

In the article the influence of psychoanalytically-oriented psychotherapy on the quality of life of survivors of technogenic accidents and catastrophes, with prevalence of anxious and depressive symptoms of non-psychotic register is described. The analysis of the main areas of quality of life before and after the use of the developed methods of treatment based on a psychoanalytically oriented psychotherapy in a given population is accomplished. The need for a differentiated approach to psychotherapy in this contingent of patients, taking into account the low quality of life in the remote period of exposure to a strong stress factor is underlined.
