The journal is published 2-4 times a year.
The journal supports the policy of open access to the published content, supporting the principles of free dissemination of scientific information.
After the authors have submitted the article, the editor checks the materials for compliance with the rules and the journal profile, as well as for the existence of illegal borrowings. If the article does not meet the requirements, it is rejected.
The journal uses a double-blind review mechanism (authors do not know the information about the reviewers, and the authors are unknown to the reviewers). Submitted materials are published only after having received positive feedback from two reviewers appointed by the editorial board (in the case of a disputable situation, a third reviewer is involved). Members of the editorial board of the journal who are the specialists in the subject matter to which the manuscript belongs, are invited to the review as well as the third-party researchers (as the exception) whose interests coincide with the subject of the presented work. The reviewer evaluates the submitted materials in terms of the originality of the results, the conformity of the analysis with the conclusions, and makes the decisions on acceptance of the article without changes, after elimination of the comments or their rejection. The editor examines the reviewed materials, makes comments, and decides on the possibility of their publication. The review process takes one month. After the authors of the articles have received the reviews, they are given two weeks (with the possibility of correction) to remove the reviewers’ and editors’ remarks.
There is no charge for submitting the manuscript / article. There is also no payment for the design and formatting of the article materials.
The technical editor verifies the submitted text for plagiarism using detection software Unicheck.
This system determines the percentage of borrowed text by the following index: the percentage of text that determines the level of borrowings found in certain sources, which consist of text fragments containing at least 8 words in a row.
If according to the results of the check the percentage of borrowed text exceeds 15%, the submission is rejected.
The editorial staff adheres to the "open access" policy of the published material in accordance with the Budapest Initiative.
