Формування управлінської компетентності майбутніх фахівців: теоретичний аспект

Стаття присвячена одній з актуальних проблем формування у майбутніх фахівців управлінської компетентності. Метою статті є розкриття стану дослідженості проблеми формування управлінської компетентності випускників закладів вищої освіти у науковій літературі. Високий рівень управлінської компетентності випускників закладів вищої освіти є важливою умовою їхнього професійного розвитку, самореалізації у професії, одним із стрижневих факторів забезпечення зростання економіки та добробуту суспільства. У статті розкрито зміст поняття "управлінська компетентність майбутніх фахівців". Управлінська компетентність випускників закладів вищої освіти розглядається як здатність й готовність цілісно виявляти, аналізувати проблеми довіреної йому організації та ефективно їх вирішува
