Abstract

The article reveals the essence of professional self–realization of future teacher as a personal quality, aimed at the realization of aspirations as far as possible to identify and implement internal capacity. The necessity of use of methods of professional self–knowledge, enhancing pedagogical skills of the teacher. It is noted that the performance of professional self–discovery teachers increased in the process of self–education and self–education. Identified barriers to professional self–iscovery teachers in the process of improving teaching skills.
